Inxmail prompts to practise fair email marketing
A fair approach to customers and especially to the recipients of newsletters is at the core of the
Inxmail philosophy. Marketers that use Inxmail Professional are therefore prompted to use permission marketing. This requires the
consent of the customer to receive information and advertising messages by email.
Moreover, the
anti-spam policy of Inxmail GmbH is strictly opposed to spam. For this reason, not only is the double opt-in method integrated into Inxmail Professional, it also features a quality test to check for spam and phishing characteristics.
This philosophy is strengthened by the incorporation of whitelisting and the Code of Ethics of Eco-Verband (association of German Internet enterprises) and the German Direct Marketing Association (DDV). Inxmail can therefore call itself a
certified sender and is also a founding member of the
Certified Senders Alliance (CSA), the first Germany-wide whitelist project.
