Freiburg, Germany, 04 June 2010.
Innovation is the key to the success of Freiburg-based software manufacturer, Inxmail. Countless awards and the steady expansion of the team are evidence of the company’s success, which hires its fiftieth employee on 1 June. Inxmail advises and supports its customers in the development of email marketing solutions and the sending of email newsletters. Further recruitment is planned for 2010.
In 2009 alone, the company generated 14 new jobs. “We pride ourselves on the sustained growth of our team, as well as our low staff turnover. This is due in part to the continued expansion of Inxmail’s product portfolio at an international level. It is also testimony to the fact that we do a lot for our employees, for example, in terms of further education and flexible working hours,” says Peter Ziras, Inxmail's Managing Director, describing the company's positive development. “We continue to strongly encourage further education, even in these difficult economic times,” continues Peter Ziras.
Inxmail emerged as the winner of the Jobmotor exhibition in the southern Baden region in 2009/2010. The award went to Inxmail’s sophisticated further education programme, which is proving its worth as the company maintains its steady growth. At the end of April, the innovative company received a nomination of a very special kind. Inxmail will represent Germany at the 2010 European Business Awards
and has the unique opportunity to win the ‘Ruban d’Honneur’ award as one of the 25 companies that has been selected for Germany.
