Alesis Studiosound wows the music scene with eNewsletter
Willich/Freiburg, Germany, 20 April 2011. Providing musicians with regular news from the world of electronic music – Alesis Studiosound will be taking on this challenge with its monthly eNewsletter for its brands Alesis, Numark, AKAI Professional, ALTO Professional, ION AUDIO and MixMeister. And Alesis Studiosound not only delivers exciting product news to your email inbox, it also offers competitions, tutorials, regional promotional deals and workshops. These newsletters feature an eye-catching design based on the email marketing platform
Inxmail Professional in seamless integration with Dreamweaver.
To ensure that the newsletter offers different target groups from the music scene (retailers, distributors and end customers) information based on their individual needs, Alesis Studiosound has replaced the open source system it was previously using in favour of email marketing with the professional solution, Inxmail Professional.
“We were very careful about choosing a provider that can facilitate multi-channel communication from different offices. Very quickly, it became clear that Inxmail would win the race. Here, the cost/benefit relationship as well as the multi-lingual capabilities of the system played an important role,” says Christian Stahl, European Marketing Manager of Alesis StudioSound, explaining the system change.
The company develops the content of the newsletter using Dreamweaver from Adobe Systems. The generated contents and image elements are then imported using Inxmail Professional’s import function – which has received high praise from
agency customers – and transformed into a fully-functional newsletter with little extra work.
In only a short time, this new professional email marketing system has already proven to be successful. Because Alesis Studiosound and its brands work in a fast-paced market environment, it is necessary for the company to pick up the pace to keep up with this tempo. Since the company began using Inxmail, it has been able to respond more quickly and directly to customer wishes.
As a market leader, Alesis has been manufacturing audio equipment since 1980. Its audio equipment, which includes synthesizers, signal processors, drum computers, amplifiers, recorders, mixers and loudspeakers, is principally used in studios and for ambitious home recordings, whereby the company offers modern technology with an excellent price-performance ratio..
