Important emails from Inxmail

Here you will find an overview of emails that are an essential part of using Inxmail products and services. You cannot unsubscribe from these emails on your own like you can from a newsletter, for example.

  • Events: All emails related to events you have requested and/or booked must be delivered to you. This includes request confirmations, registration confirmations, appointment reminders, the sending of further information and follow-up mailings.
  • Webinars: All emails about webinars you have registered for must be delivered to you. This also includes registration confirmations, appointment reminders, the sending of access data, further information and follow-up mailings about the webinar.
  • Partner Portal: All emails required to use the Inxmail Partner Portal must be delivered to you. This includes sending login credentials and password reset emails.
  • Release information: Important information about updates on products you have booked must be delivered to you. This includes notification of upcoming regular and unscheduled updates.
  • Special communications: important information about the use of products and services you have booked and/or use must be delivered to you. This includes notification of special maintenance and availability issues and critical security information.
  • System messages: All emails necessary to use our systems. This includes the automatic sending of status messages, error notifications, login information, and password reset emails.
  • Payment processing: All emails necessary to process contractually agreed payments. This includes invoices, reminders, refunds, commissions, and statements of work.
