The first step is to create a new campaign in Salesforce and assign the required contacts to it.
Then define the appropriate campaign settings by specifying the sender address and connecting the campaign to Inxmail.
Create and edit mailings in Inxmail New Xperience. The handling is done via the Saleforce interface. You can use data from Saleforce for personalization.
In Inxmail New Xperience, you have extensive testing options, such as a display test and a spam test. By previewing, you can check the mobile version as well as the personalization.
In the fifth step, you start sending. Of course, you can also schedule the dispatch of the mailing.
The most important key figures are available to measure your success. In addition, the included click data is transferred to the Salesforce campaign. This allows you to use the recipient reactions of your contacts for further evaluations and as a basis for follow-up campaigns.
